Tell us immediately by telephone and then in writing where upon we will, without prejudice
to our right to the rent in full, make every effort to re-let the property and refund your money,
minus a 10% administration fee (calculated on the whole amount of the booking). You will
be liable for the rent in full if we cannot re-let the cabin for the dates you have cancelled or
moved. We recommend you take out holiday insurance in case you should need to cancel &
we are unable to offer a refund.
A 20% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. The balance of payments will be requested 6 weeks before the start of the occupancy. Bookings within the 6 week period will be asked for in full.
Occupancy of the property must not exceed 4 people and we reserve the right to refuse occupancy if the numbers exceed this. The booking will then be deemed cancelled with full loss of payment.
With regard to bringing pets please contact us before booking. We have allowed dogs in the past on the understanding that they are small to medium animals, are well behaved, and are not allowed upstairs or on the beds or sofas. The reasoning behind this is that in the period between guests departing and arriving there is not the time to deep clean the carpets and fabrics for other that follow and who might have allergies to animal hair.
Towels and duvets are provided along with a small selection of cleaning and toiletry products.
A selection of logs are provided; if you require more these can be purchased for £10 per load inclusive of fire lighters and kindling. The gas for the BBQ is included.
The surroundings are wild with obvious dangers such as streams and ponds. Please be aware when children are enjoying the great outdoors.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the cabin to ensure a safe enjoyable holiday.
We do not accept responsibility for any injuries to any persons however incurred whilst at the cabin.
Please treat the surroundings with care in order to keep them how they are for the permanent residents.
We ask that you keep noise levels to an acceptable level after 9pm for the sake of residents of the valley.
No open fires at any time.

Please leave the cabin and surroundings as you found them for others to enjoy.
